Ingredients:
- all purpose flour 500 g
- sugar 60 g
- salt 1/2 teaspoon
- yeast 1 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon
- milk 300 ml (or water)
- oil 1 tablespoon (I used olive oil)
Directions:
- mix dried ingredients together
- add milk or water
- mix until it comes together (I used my hand)
- then I used mixer to knead the dough for about 5 minutes
- add oil and knead about another 5 minutes
- put it away in a bowl or some sort of container, cover with damp cloth or saran wrap (until it doubles in size)
- roll it out into a rectangular shape, roll it up, and cut it into desire size
- put 1.5 cups of water into electric rice cooker steamer
- steam until they are done and wait for another 3 minutes before taking them out
