Ingredients:
- all purpose flour 200 g
- sugar 200 g
- instant vanilla pudding 50 g (I didn't have custard powder so I substitute with this)
- 5 eggs
- baking powder 15 g
- milk 100 ml
- oil 50 g
- little bit of water
Directions:
- mix flour, sugar, instant vanilla pudding together
- add eggs and mix until sugar is dissolve
- add milk and mix, then saran wrap it and wait for 2 hrs
- add 4 cups of water in the rice cooker steamer and wait until water is hot
- add a little bit of water into baking powder and then mix with what we had before (flour mixture)
- put the flour mixture in a 9 inch cake pan (that's what I used) and steam it for 40 minutes
