It took forever to ground my own pork. I'll ask grocery store to do it next time.
Ingredients
- ground pork
- fine chopped shrimps
- fine chopped green onion
- dried onion
- soy sauce
- wonton skin
Directions:
- marinate all the ingredients together except wonton skin
- put meat in the center of wonton skin and fold it, make sure meat doesn't come out (I made two types)
- put wontons in boiling water until they float
In this picture, I cooked wonton in miso soup with tofu.
