Ingredients:
- taro
- sweet potato starch
Directions:
- steam taro until it's cook (soft)
- after it's cook and while it's hot add sweet potato starch and mix it together (if taro is 100 g, you can add about 80 g of sweet potato starch and add more if needed..until it doesn't stick to our hands)
- roll it up and cut it
- cook them in boiling water until they float
