Ingredients
- lotus
- sweet rice
Sauce
- water
- osmanthus
- honey
- sugar
- dried plums
Directions
- pell the skin off of lotus
- soak sweet rice in water for 3 hours
- cut one end of lotus and stuffed it with sweet rice (put the end back and hold it with toothpicks)
- boil lotus for 2 hours
- slice lotus and soak it in the sauce and put in the refrigerator
