Ingredients:
- shrimps (1 lb)g
- ground pork (1/3 lb)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of potato starch
- 1 tablespoon of ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- a little bit of seasoned salt
- 1/2 egg white
- spring roll wraps
- smash shrimps flat with a big knife, chopped some more to make them fine
- mix all ingredients together
- spray water on spring roll wrap and put the shrimp ground pork paste on it and add another spring roll wrap on the top
- smash it evenly
- fry or pan fry it for about 3 min
