Brown Sugar Snow Fungus Soup 黑糖桂圓紅棗枸杞白木耳甜湯

This is good for the summer.  This naturally boost your collagen.

Ingredients:

• snow fungus (3)
• dried longan (your own preference)
• dried jujubes (your own preference)
• dried wolfberry / goji (your own preference)
• brown sugar (to your own taste)

1. soak snow fungus in water for 1 hour, tear them into smaller pieces
2. rinse other ingredients
3. put all ingredients in rice cooker (my rice cooker can cook up to 10 cups, so I added water to the max)
4. I used porridge mode on the rice cooker

Moon Shrimp Cakes 月亮蝦餅

I was watching cooking shows and saw how easy it was to make these.  

Ingredients:

• shrimps (1 lb)g
• ground pork (1/3 lb)
• 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
• chopped cilantro
• 1 tablespoon of potato starch
• 1 tablespoon of ground white pepper
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• a little bit of seasoned salt
• 1/2 egg white
• spring roll wraps

1. smash shrimps flat with a big knife, chopped some more to make them fine
2. mix all ingredients together
3. spray water on spring roll wrap and put the shrimp ground pork paste on it and add another spring roll wrap on the top
4. smash it evenly 
5. fry or pan fry it for about 3 min

Minion Marshmallow Pops

It took me awhile to make these minion marshmallow pops.  

Ingredients

• marshmallows
• edible candy eyeballs
• blue candy melts
• yellow candy melts
• white candy melts
• black food coloring gel

1. dip marshmallow in blue candy melts
2. insert stick into marshmallow
3. dip marshmallow in yellow candy melts
4. put on edible candy eyeballs
5. I mixed black food coloring gel in white candy melts to use as google straps 

Pandan Chiffon Cake

I made this pandan chiffon cake for Wyatt.  I made the minion figurine out of marshmallow fondant.

I made this lemon chiffon cake for Ethan.  I made the minion figurine out of marshmallow fondant. 

Coffee Chiffon Cake

I made this coffee chiffon cake for Justin.  This was the first time I tried to make frozen butter cream topper.  I didn't lay it flat, so it didn't come out as nice.  I made minion figurine with marshmallow fondant.  

Birthday Party 2014

We celebrated Ethan, Wyatt, and Justin's birthdays together this year. I tried my best to do everything ( I didn't sleep @_@ ) . If I had more time, I'd make more stuffs (more details). I think kids had fun, at least my kids hehe. 媽咪很用心的在幫兒子們做一些party的東西。媽咪整夜沒有睡。如果我有更多的時間，我還會做多一點東西。我覺得小孩子們 都玩的很開心，至少我的小孩都很 ^__^

I like the way my Minion piñata looks. I guess I made my piñata pretty strong. Kids had hard time breaking it. Grandpa had cheat a little, he used his hands to break it a little. It took awhile to do the cupcake toppers because I had to keep adjusting the size. I created the mini-candy wrappers and napkin holders too.
