
I used the same ingredients as making buns 饅頭.
Meat Fillings (whatever you want to add) 
- ground pork
 - fine chopped green onion
 - soy sauce
 
Directions:
- I used about 60 g of dough for each Bao Zi 包子, roll it out into circular shape
 - put meat fillings in the center and pinch the dough together until it forms a ball (I'm not good at it yet)
 - put 1.5 cups of water in the electric rice cooker steamer
 - steam until they are done and wait for another 3 minutes before taking them out
